The rumors are true – we brewed another collaboration beer! The newest iteration of the Missouri Loves Company® collaboration beer series is a Cold IPA. Brewed with a pilsner malt featuring puffed jasmine rice, lager yeast, and hopped with whole cone Strata and dry-hopped with Idaho 7 hops. This dry finish 6% ABV Cold IPA is a crisp, hop-forward, yet not overly bitter, beer that will help cool you down during the last few weeks of our humid Missouri summer. We hope you love drinking it as much as we loved brewing it.
