IT’S BACK! After it’s 3-week sell out last year, the anticipation is over! The newest fan favorite, Oscura Mexican-Style Dark Lager, will be available on draft and in cans at SBC on Friday 1/28!

Oscura (translated means dark) is a dark lager that was first brewed at SBC in February 2020 and quickly became a beloved draft offering among our regulars and Mug Club Members. In 2021, this beer sold out in just 3 weeks (INSANE)!

Spring time is coming soon and this beer is inspired by and embodies one of our favorite Ozark night time activities; gathering around the campfire with friends and enjoying a good brew. Oscura has a rich chestnut hue and a light to medium body. Brewed with a variety of roasted malt and pilsner malt for a mild caramel, cocoa, and biscuit malt flavors and just a touch of hop bitterness. Clean and smooth with an impeccably balanced finish and the slightest hint of maize. 5.9% ABV
