What superpower would you want to have and why?
To be able to travel through time, Bill and Ted style. I think I’d have better luck tending to the phone booth than I would maintaining a flux capacitor.
If you could have a meal with anyone dead or alive who would it be and why?
Anthony Bourdain… no, Cleopatra… no, Kurt Cobain… no, Albert Einstein… no. Neil deGrasse Tyson, final answer… I can’t decide!
Favorite Brew Co. beer?
My favorite is the Walnut Street Wheat, because it’s delicious!
What’s your favorite Brew Co. menu item new or old?
Right now it’s the Bayou Chicken, but I sub out the mashed potatoes for mac and cheese.
What’s something most people don’t know about you?
I’ve played guitar since I was 14 years old.
Where are you from and how did you end up in Springfield?
I was born in KC. I guess my parents really liked packing our things into Uhaul trucks because we moved around a lot and somehow ended up in Springfield.
